Happy Friendsgiving!

Hey friends! The ladies of The Bestie Chronicles have missed you so!  We’ve been victims of the adulting movement and have been super busy with life.  But we’ve still managed to find some time to venture out and enjoy some new things together!  We’ll tell you more about that in a later post!  We both have celebrated birthdays recently, and we can’t believe another year has almost passed!  So with Thanksgiving here, we are feeling very grateful and hope that you are too!

One thing we always mention that we are grateful for is friendship! There is nothing like calling up your girl after a long day and saying, “girl, let me just tell you about the day I’ve had!”  There’s no greater feeling than having a friend you can say basically anything to without feeling judged!  There are so many times when one of us experiences something at work or randomly out at the mall that has us all in our feelings.  We call each other and the other one just GETS IT!  Then we try our best to talk the other one “off the ledge!”  Let’s be real, we all know that some women can be selfish and sometime-y.  (That’s not a word, but it’s one that we use so just go with it for the sake of this post!)  So it can be hard to find true friends that are just down for you no matter what!  Friends that can genuinely be happy or excited for you when your life is going great, and will be mad, sad, or mourn with you when life isn’t.  Friends who will laugh at you when you say something stupid, encourage your wildest dreams, and just makes your life easier overall!
